Orders may be placed by phone, fax and post. Postal orders must be accompanied with a cheque. The order will be dispatched once the funds have cleared. Please allow seven working days for this process.

Postage Costs & Delivery

All UK & Northern Ireland packages are posted via Royal Mail postal service.
Standard postage is £4.95 and is dispatched by first class recorded delivery requiring a signature. Please allow 3- 5 days for delivery from the date ordered.
Special postage is £7.95 and is dispatched by first class special delivery requiring a signature. This service is next day delivery by 1pm. Please place orders by 2pm for this delivery option.
Courier and overseas delivery costs on request.
Free UK postage for orders over £100.

Refunds & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of order to return your purchases, in its original condition, original packaging and accompanied with the original receipt. Once the package has been received and checked, the product price will be refunded to the original card or if you paid by cheque, a cheque will be dispatched. Please allow 5 – 7 days for this process. We strongly advise to return your packages by
recorded delivery, as KDG accepts no responsibility for packages lost via the post.
We regret that the original postage costs will only be refunded at the discretion of the Manager.
Exchanged items will be redelivered at the cost of Knock Down Ginger.
